APM performed design services for the construction of a new ammonia chemical building and a new chlorine disinfection building at the plant. Included in the design were modifications to existing sedimentation basins; modifications to the chemical building to provide additional booster pumping capacity, and a new SCADA control center in the building. APM also provided the plans for demolition of existing ammonia and chlorine equipment in the existing chemical building.
