Ron earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1990. Ron joined APM is 1997 and was named Vice President shortly thereafter. Since that time, Ron has been a valuable part of the executive management team that has helped facilitate APM’s growth and sustainability. As Vice President, Ron’s responsibilities include cost control maintenance, client communication, contractual adherence, and quality control.

He has been involved in the design, project supervision/coordination and quality control of roadways, pavements, commercial and industrial facilities, drainage systems, water supply, sewage infrastructure, pipelines, utilities and environmental projects.
