After a railroad intermodal facility in southern Dallas County prompted a lowering of some 4-feet of the existing railroad track, the nearby Wintergreen Road was forced closed. In a joint venture between APM, TxDOT, Dallas County and the Union Pacific Railroad, the relocation of Wintergreen Road resulted in a new alignment with 4-lane divided thoroughfare and a bridge over the Union Pacific rail yard. Our firm was instrumental in establishing inter-local agreements among the stakeholders to get this project completed.
