APM was selected by TxDOT, Dallas District, as prime consultant to provide Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) for the Early Frontage Roads project as part of the overall reconstruction of I.H. 635(LBJ Freeway).  The project involves three bridges totaling 1,500 L.F. over White Rock Creek and Park Central and ties-in to the on-going Dallas High-Five construction.  Park Central Drive is also being re-designed to provide ramp access to the frontage roads as well as maintain the existing ground level access.
