For this contract, the project had to be divided into segments that could be complete within a single weekend. All the improvements had to be done and the system back on line by the start of rail service on Monday morning for the business commuter.  Our team provided the design and the construction over site to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget. In addition, the project required that the longest portion of the replacement be done during the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. The team was on site and working during this time and the project was considered a resounding success for the client.
