APM prepared construction plans, specifications and estimates for approximately 9,000 L.F. of water and sanitary sewer mains in five (5) street locations.  In addition, the City engaged APM to provide emergency design services for approximately 3,600 L.F. of 12-inch and 16-inch water mains and 8-inch sanitary sewer mains in Willbarger Street. This was completed on an accelerated schedule and was designed in two phases to accommodate a more expedited construction.
