APM is a member of the TRACK3 Joint Venture that was engaged by DART, as its General Engineering Consultant, to manage its first design/build contract.  These multi-million dollar contracts were awarded to build the new Orange Line which extends rail service from the Green Line at Bachman Station to the DFW International Airport; and the extension of the Blue Line from Garland to Rowlett.

As part of APM services, TRACK3 staff was co-located with the design build staff in two separate field offices. APM provides design and construction oversight of these two projects acts as the Owner’s Representative on the Contracts. In addition, APM managed additional design and construction projects for the Authority including a new in-line station at Lake Highlands and the renovation of a historical building in South Dallas converted to the new DART police headquarters. The project received platinum LEED certification and has since won several awards for the historical and environmental design.
