From 2008 to 2012 APM has provided construction inspection to assist in the ongoing construction management (CM) for a major expansion to the Eastside Treatment Plant for the Dallas Water Utilities.  Together as CM Team, APM staff provides daily inspections and assist DWU with construction planning, coordination, and management of the projects as an extension of DWU’s staff.  APM provides staff with technical expertise in the areas of mechanical & electrical disciplines and scheduling.
