This project is located in southwest section of the City of Houston.  It consisted of preparing construction plans, specifications and estimates for approximately 28,000 LF of water mains in twenty-four (24) street locations.  The construction method was mostly augering.  APM also provided Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to present environmental concerns
