Tony has over 38 years of experience related to structural systems, with an emphasis on bridge elements. Prior to joining APM in 2010, he served as the Dallas District Bridge Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for over 10 years. In that capacity, he was program director for the inspection and maintenance of over 2300 local bridges and 3500 federal/state bridges in North Texas.

 

He is an effective leader with a proven record of successful management in large structural projects. He has the confidence and the experience to ensure the highest quality on every project he works on.
