As part of this new facilities project, APM conducted surveying and base-mapping services for the proposed 15,000 SF building. In addition, APM performed design services for civil and structural engineering design of the project. They include paving, grading and drainage for the proposed site along with new water and wastewater mains. APM’s responsibilities also included the design of structural portion of the new building, including the precast concrete wall panels.   The design also involved a concrete pier and beam structural slab and structural steel framing system.  Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans that complied with all applicable regulations were also developed for the construction site. APM developed related specifications to DFW standards and prepared cost estimates for the construction.
