APM was prime consultant for PS&E production of SPUR 348 at Las Colinas Blvd.  The project reconstructed an existing 4-lane roadway to a 6-lane divided highway with new overpass at Las Colinas Blvd. - a project of 0.6 miles.  The design work included paving, drainage, bridge and Culverts, signing and pavement marking, sequence of construction and traffic control plans
