APM & Associates, Inc. (APM) is a multidiscipline engineering firm established in 1989 in Dallas, Texas as a response to the need for a qualified minority firm with a full range of civil and structural engineering design services.

For over 30 years, APM has supplied numerous projects, both public and private, in a variety of areas with one common quality: we consistently exceed our clients’ expectations while always maintaining the integrity of their budgets. Our staff has acquired a combined total of over 250 years of design experience, and we bring this vast depth of knowledge to every project, every time.

APM has been the recipient of national awards for outstanding civil engineering design including the 2013 ACEC National Engineering Excellence Award for the DART Police Headquarters in Dallas.  That project also achieved first ever LEED Platinum Certification in Texas for historical sensitivity, innovation and sustainable design and construction procedures. 

APM provides services throughout the state of Texas. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and experiences; however, the quality we all possess is our ability to get the job done, on time and with a hands-on, hardworking, team spirit approach.  Because of our unique blend of capabilities, our staff can be integrated into a design team tailored to the requirements of any specific project. We maintain a “small firm” attitude that allows us to approach each client’s project with the personal attention it deserves.
